Fairly clean, brand-new hotel with affable and pleasant staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and ideal location in the middle of jackson. Besides, excellent for visiting Skydeck Chicago.

I loved how comfy the beds were and everything was super clean during my stay. I spent some quality time at the indoor pool and enjoyed the relaxing hot tub too. The only downside was that the pool was a bit on the small side, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

A Clean, Modern Experience with Friendly Service
The staff were really nice too ensure we were comfortable, with Kam at the front desk being especially helpful. Loved the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner, eliminating waste. A pet-friendly atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for travelers with furry companions!

The lobby features a modern decor. There are convenient charging stations throughout the common areas, a definite plus for any tech-savvy traveler.
Upon entering the room, an unpleasant odor reminiscent of wet dog hit us hard. It didn't go away until we cranked up the A/C to high. The bathroom in room 229 had a urine smell, and the shower leaked due to a poor seal. The coffee offered both at arrival and breakfast was thick and burnt, disappointing for any coffee enthusiast. Lastly, the automatic blinds needed some wrestling-previous guests appeared to have jammed the blackout curtain.

Couples seeking a pleasant stay
First off, the room was huge and super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff, especially Kam, was seriously like a breath of fresh air.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what I got.
